Author Guidelines & Manuscript Submission

Welcome to Samprati Vartha International Online Journal. We invite researchers, scholars, and academicians to submit original, unpublished research papers for peer review and publication.

1. Article Processing Charge (APC)

Samprati Vartha is a self-financed journal. To cover the operational costs of peer review, editing, typesetting, and digital infrastructure, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only upon standard acceptance of the research paper.

• Employed Scholars (Assistant / Associate Professors/  Teachers & Other Employed Scholers ): ₹2,000

• Research Scholars (Hindi / English): ₹1,500

• Research Scholars (Sanskrit - Special Concession): ₹1,000

Note on Payment:

• No Advance Fee: Authors are NOT required to pay any fee at the time of initial paper submission.

• Payment details and instructions will be shared via official email along with the Acceptance Letter after passing the peer-review process.

2. Linguistic Scope

• Primary Language: The primary language of publication for the formal peer-reviewed E-Journal section is Sanskrit (rendered in Devanagari script).

• Other Languages: High-quality scholarly research papers in English or Hindi that directly intersect with Sanskrit linguistics, historical pedagogy, classical literature, Indian Knowledge System (IKS), and Indology are actively considered.

3. Submission & Formatting Guidelines

• File Format: Manuscripts must be in editable MS Word format (.doc / .docx only).

• Word Count: 3,000 to 6,000 words (Main paper).

• Abstract & Keywords:

  • Mandatory Abstract in English (Maximum 250 words).

  • Minimum of 5 Keywords in English.

• Font Guidelines:

  • English: Times New Roman (Font Size: 12)

  • Sanskrit / Hindi (Devanagari): Standard Unicode Fonts like Siddhanta, Mangal, Kokila, or Noto Serif Devanagari (Font Size: 13–14)

• Line Spacing: 1.5

• Citation Style: Standard APA or MLA format.
